MONDAY, JUL 20, 2015, LENR IDEA AND INFO

UNSPOKEN MOTTO

Our newborn brainchild is still not good or bad, this depends on the scientific education he will receive. However, please note, our brainchild is surprisingly new and different.
(Fleischmann and Pons, unfortunately have not told this on the March 23, 1989 press conference)

NOTE
First about some inspiring feed-back that made this editorial possible:

A. About LENR and the Debye temperature of the metal
I had the idea of some critical temperature above which the LENR process is accelerated significantly for long time but Defkalion said this is the Debye temperature for the first time, I have now asked Yiannis Hadjichristos about this and he has answered:
"The original idea was due to Piantelli! I just confirmed it through experiments.
Now I know better why this temperature is crucial." He explains shortly the reason- it is linked to the know-how, but be assured it is about dynamics and it is a must  for a working system.

B. About the idea "Cold Fusion is a form of catalysis" and its priority.
The first document attesting my idea is
 i. e. Fusion Facts vol. 3. no.12, June 1992 a paper: "Nuclear Catalysis and Cold Fusion" by Peter Gluck and Hal Fox.

Russ George has sent a fine paper (see at no 1)) about the catalysis guru Michel Boudart and his pro-Cold Fusion position.

AXIL has explained some theoretical aspects see his column.

I have to ask the ХТЯ и ШМ leaders to try to find out which Russian sceientist spoke first about Cold Nuclear Fusion as catalysis- it must be in Referativnyi Zhurnal Fizika.

However the message of Steve Katinsky, LENRIA co-founder  caused a revelation in my thinking. Steve cites from this paper:
http://archive.wired.com/wired/archive/6.11/coldfusion_pr.html

"Around 1992, McKubre says, he was summoned for an audience with legendary physicist Edward Teller. "He asked probing questions, in better depth, I think, than anyone else on the planet. You could see what a giant intellect he must have been in his time. I was subjected to this interrogation for four hours. At the end of it Teller said that he did not think that cold fusion was a reality, but if it were, he could account for it with a very small change in the laws of physics as he understood them, and it would prove to be an example of nuclear catalysis at an interface. I still don't understand what he meant by that, but I'm quite willing to believe that it's correct."

It was in 1992, but I am sure "Ede bacsi" (his Hungarian name) was not reading Fusion Facts- let's forget catalysis for the next paragraph but it is something absolutely fundamental here.

THE HIGH ART OF GREAT DEEP ERRORS IN LENR

It is simple...saying it is simple...is already such an error. Great men make great errors, Science is progressive and progressist, but scientists are conservative. The first and scariest worry of Teller was that cold fusion should NOT change some existing laws of physics- first of all of nuclear physics. The truth, not accepted by mainstream scientists is that a great discovery always generates new laws not interfering but parallel somewhat with the existing one. IT ADDS TO THE SCIENCE NOT SUBTRACT FROM IT. Poor Cold Fusion was and still is a victim of this mentality. Even it's first name suggests it is the Old Fusion, just combined with some dirty tricks for passing the Coulomb Barrier. The dominant trend is to claim a good
respectful (for existing laws) LENR, See please the Motto. Actually many theories and
even phenomena on which LENR is based were not discovered, well known or understood at the Birth. Take nanoplasmonics as an example.
Good child, not NEW child- Cold Fusion grow up with a partially false identity and so it is understandable why it has so many problems, epistemic and practical - not solved.
This is my 3rd Statement in the frame of "Radically re-thinking LENR"
I want to add re "Great Men make Great Errors" that when Albert Einstein entered the Paradise- it was shown him an exhibition of Divine Dices- of different sizes and colors, all cubic, all used before..

DAILY NEWS

1)  Russ George witness and active participant of the old days' battles says about Cold Fusion and catalysis
Michel Boudart
http://atom-ecology.russgeorge.net/2015/07/19/michel-boudart/
Russ George writes here:
"The first and most prominent person who backed catalysis as a major feature in cold fusion was Prof. Michel Boudart of Stanford. He was a member of the DOE first review board on cold fusion and became a staunch though behind the scenes supporter of cold fusion research. Boudart was unquestionably the most brilliant and inventive catalysis scientist in the world for decades. His special interest in catalysis was the behaviour of hydrogen in its spillover state. This we now know has everything to do with singlet hydrogen in tiny domains dancing to Quantum as opposed to Newtonian music."

5) Francesco Celani has a new publication- wwaiting for :
Problems discussed:
A) The role of submicrometric Constantan to dissociate the H2 (or D2) to H;

B) The role of SPECIFIC glass sheaths (among others rich in FexOy, K)
to store the atomic Hydrogen (as discovered by Irving Langmuir since
1920 in some specific glass) at very high density. A specific paper
was presented by us at MIT-2014 Meeting on CANR/LENR;

C) The role of Low Working Materials for electron emission (like CaO,
SrO), systematically studied by Iwamura (since about 1998) group for
the (revolutionary) transmutation purposes (fully reproducible) and by
us in electrolityc experiments (since 1996; the aim was to
stabilize/avoid the Li, systematic studies using Ba, Sr, Ca, Mg);

D) The possible role of Femtochemistry (less then 1 ps reaction time)
to generate huge amounts of peak power to be used as trigger of the
reaction. The typical time of recombination reactions (like H+H-->H2),
for what I understood,  are of the order of 100-300 femtosecond
(Zewail, Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, 1999)

In conclusion, a possible candidate, in the whole, could be the
Rydberg matter, as explored (since 1992 by Prof. Holmlid), and later
further studied by Holmlid together with Prof. Olafsson

6) A very useful creative idea from MFMP to the replicators:

AXIL DIXIT

LENR being a catalytic reaction requires the formation of a rotating EMF wave form more often a vortex of surface plasmon polaritons(SPP) to develop under the influence of topological discontinuities in condensed matter. The vortex is formed by the difference in the rate of flow around the topological defect. This rotating EMF waive form is produced by the application of a variety of externally applied energy forms including light, heat, electricity, and/or pressure.

Any rotating EMF waveform will produce a dark mode soliton(an EMF black hole) that projects a super-radiant EMF beam axially from its center and normal to its plane of rotation. This beam produces a state of Quantum Mechanical(QM) entanglement between the soliton and the chemical molecule(S) next the soliton upon which the EMF beam irradiates. Because of QM entanglement, these molecules act as if they were physically located inside the soliton even though they still are physically positioned outside the soliton.

There is a negative vacuum energy condition that exists inside the soliton. This condition produces a acceleration of the flow of time inside the soliton in which the chemical reactions occur at an accelerated rate to the entangled chemical compounds.

LENR is just a matter of the degree of power in catalytic activity as opposed to a difference in mechanism. LENR is just an more powerful form of catalytic process where the nuclei of the compounds coalesce physically in a fusion process under the power of entanglement.  Under the influence of the entanglement produced by the EMF black hole, the same time acceleration occurs to stabilize the fusion product of the nuclear reaction.  In LENR, the very powerful SPP soliton produces both a state of greatly amplified positive vacuum energy and a corresponding and balancing state of negative vacuum energy inside the soliton that results in a huge time acceleration factor that is so pronounced that the extremely rapid flow of time in the zone of negative vacuum energy within the soliton completely removes radioactivity from the products of the fusion reaction.

A way to verify this concept is to produce a catalytic based chemical reaction with a radioactive isotope as a mechanism to measure time. If this acceleration in time mechanism holds true, the resulting compound will also show a change in the half life of the radioactive element from which the catalytic compound was formed.

Water comprised of tritium and oxygen when catalytically split and recombined a number of times will show a reduction in the radioactivity produced by the tritium due to the time acceleration produced by the catalytic process.
